最新消息，希腊政策变更，如果每年在希腊呆不满6个月无法续签，GG。
According to the amended provisions of the law, it is provided that absences from Greece do not impede the renewal of the residence permit, provided that these absences do not exceed six months per year. Previously it was provided that absences from Greece did not impede the renewal of the residence permit, thus it was not required that the applicant reside in Greece during the validity of his/ her residence permit. However the authorities considered that non- EU citizens who had no intention at all to reside in Greece, were granted the said Greek residence permit with the purpose to circulate within the Schengen area, and this was contrary to the purpose of the Greek immigration legislation.
Consequently, further to the foregoing, it is now expressly provided that the holders of residence permits for financially independent persons are required to reside in Greece at least 6 months per year, in order to be eligible for the renewal of their residence permit.
It is further expressly provided in the amended provisions, that non- EU citizens residing legally in Greece and receiving pensions from a Greek Public Pension Fund, independently from the amount thereof, may renew their residence permit as financially independent persons, without the requirement of sufficient funds.

其实去年我在拿到日本经营管理签证之前就已经对希腊的Financially Independent Person有很大的兴趣。反正闲着也是闲着，就打算申请一个这个玩儿。
接下来我会记录在申请FIP身份过程中做了哪些事情，为了避免后人踩坑，我会尽量详细的讲述我的经历。
关于FIP的信息我就不做过多赘述，请大家自行google。如果真的懒得自己搜，留言问我自己想知道的问题，我会尽量回复。
同时我要鄙视一下“Bih比哥”，这个人的网站是https://www.bprol.com/，他也有YouTube频道。为啥鄙视这个人呢？看下图：

根据我联络希腊当地的律师得到的初步信息，律师在申请过程中整体收费是2500EUR。另外一家是3000EUR。
我联系了几家不同的律师行，正在进行详细的咨询。另外，请大家不要拿着自己血汗钱去找类似于“Bih比哥”这种利用信息不对等差异赚暴利的机构。
根据我从网络了解到的信息，我整理了一下申请前需要满足的要求：
资金方面需要每个月2000EUR收入证明。最简单的办法就是银行账户存2000*12*2=48K EUR等值的钱，为啥是48K？因为FIP最初居留许可为2年期。保险起见账户上有50K EUR的余额，也就是43万港币，39万软妹币，5万5千美刀，164万新台币。
护照
无犯罪记录证明（这里有个坑，比如我是中国国籍，目前人在日本，到底要中国的证明还是日本的证明？等我问清楚再更新过来）
健康证明 长这样：
动身去希腊之前买一份医疗保险
之后就可以准备申请希腊的D类签证，费用180EUR，申请估计要15-20天。D类签证申请需要提交申请表和👆提到的东西。

其他一些准备，比如去之前选好律师谈好价格啊，找个希腊愿意让你登记地址愿意帮你开个地址证明的人（当然了你有钱也可以买房或者租房子），3张近期彩色照片（最好准备个10张的，尺寸应该是4 х 6 сm），照片还需要刻到CD里（这个存疑，后面补详情）。希腊个人账户的statement（要不要存钱我后面补）。
准备好这些就可以动身去希腊了。
到了找律师填申请表，在希腊当地医院体检搞个健康证明，准备300欧元的印花费（每年150欧，希腊税务局出具），把照片、健康证明、护照、签证、资金证明给律师，还得搞个希腊税号，还有当地银行账户。
这一步还需要准备些其他文件：银行那需要纳税申报表/税收证明/税表（不知道是不是真的需要这玩意，要希腊文或者英文的），在职证明（希腊文或者英文），水电燃气等账单的复印件（希腊文或者英文），手机号所有权文件（希腊文或英文）。银行开户后好像要存24K EUR进去，上面这些乱七八糟的文件要不要也另说，等我申请完了回来补。
看起来是不是很简单很容易？
续期好像能续期为3年的居留许可，3年续期一次。续期需要申请表、3张照片、护照及有效签证（这个签证真的需要么？我问清楚了回来补）、450欧印花费、医疗保险证明、收入证明。
