I utilized monthly bank statements, with salary transfers explicitly labeled as &#8220;Salary.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Insurance &#8211; The insurance policy specifies its validity in the Schengen area or Estonia, with an expiration period surpassing the specified &#8220;Expiry date of a visa&#8221; on the visa application form.<\/li>\n<li>Personal resume<\/li>\n<li>Employment certificate &#8211; Providing details on the applicant&#8217;s monthly income, contract duration, and permission for remote work.<\/li>\n<li>Company registration certificate<\/li>\n<li>Document proving the company&#8217;s tax compliance or evidence of the company&#8217;s contribution to the applicant&#8217;s social insurance\/pension insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Letter of application for the visa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The most crucial aspect of the application is demonstrating a monthly income exceeding 4500 euros, and supporting documents have been translated into English.<\/p>\n<p>In the application letter, I emphasize the following points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly income<\/li>\n<li>Work experience<\/li>\n<li>Company&#8217;s contribution to my pension insurance<\/li>\n<li>Reasons for choosing to live in Tallinn<\/li>\n<li>I emphasize that I do not have clients from the EU and will not be working or receiving wages in Estonia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I submitted my application at the Pinna Service Office in Tallinn, and I handed in the documents on January 4th.
